Students on this trip get the chance to work with kids to grow their reading skills over the summer or help make Vacation Bible Camp an amazing experience. We might spend time making minor repairs, building wheelchair ramps, painting, picking up trash or helping residents who are elderly or disabled bring their homes and yards back to life. We’ll also help in homeless shelters & community gardens throughout Dallas. This is a shorter mission trip (Sunday-Thursday) but we make a BIG impact while we are there!

WHO: Students entering 9th-12th grade (fall of 2020), 2020 high school graduates and adult volunteers (must be 25 or older).

WHEN: Sunday, June 28 - Thursday, July 2

WHERE: Dallas, Texas metro area

COST: $250.00*  ($50.00 deposit due at registration). Adult leader cost is $25.00. This includes:

  • Transportation
  • Meals while in Dallas
  • Lodging
  • Awesome t-shirt

*The only additional cost will be lunch the first and last day while traveling as well as money for any miscellaneous items.

SCHOLARSHIPSDownload and complete the form. You can return the form by mail, drop it off at the rezlife office or give it directly to one of the rezlife staff members.

LODGING: Students and adult mission leaders are housed at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church in the Dallas area. Every person needs to bring their own sleeping bag and pillow.


DETAILS: Students will be serving in mission teams with 2 adult leaders per team. Each team will serve several different mission sites. Besides serving during the day, all students will participate in Bible study, small group discussions, worship, fellowship, and games.



  • 2020 rezlife Medical Form: To access and complete the online form, CLICK HERE. Scroll down and select the 2020 rezlife Medical Form in the Event Listings. If you completed an online medical form in 2019, you will need to fill out a new 2020 form. The form needs to be completed for your student to be able to participate in the Dallas Mission Trip!
  • Safe Gatherings Training:  MUST BE COMPLETED BY May 1, 2020. All participants 16 and older at the time of the trip are required to take the online training and be certified as a Safe Gatherings worker. To start the training go to
  • Parent and Student Training Meeting: June 2 from 7-8 pm OR June 10 from 7-8 pm in the Student Center, Building C. You will need to choose ONE of these dates to attend. Required for all students participating in the trip and at least one parent.

CHECK IN: Sunday, June 28, at 7:30am, Wesley Chapel, Building C, Leawood Campus. 

This is going to be an amazing experience as we have the awesome opportunity to serve the Lord together while having fun in the process. Be prepared to be stretched and molded in new and different ways during your experience.
