We are excited to launch a no-cost mobile pantry and seeking to create long-term community relationships in food deserts in locations that there is not adequate access to healthy food options.
At this time we are evaluating areas across the city and working to develop a schedule. Our team of volunteers will be vital to the success of this program. The schedule may include a variety of days and times and it is imperative we have a good understanding of the availability of our key team of volunteers.
Our target timeframe to launch will be late summer. Your completion of this survey will put you on our email distribution list for regular updates. As we get closer we'll offer training sessions as well.
If you have an interest in an ongoing service opportunity please complete this survey to assist us in planning.

We are in the process of launching a mobile food pantry that will be used to expand our efforts in stopping hunger in communities in need more efficiently, effectively, and just in time.
The Food Mobile will visit food deserts in the KC area. People in these areas typically are low-income and have to travel farther to find healthy food options. The Food Mobile will provide hungry people in the Kansas City area with fresh, nutritious food and a dignified shopping experience for many years to come.
