Enjoy the great outdoors and help care for God's creation by organizing your own litter clean-up.
Pick a local park or trail in your neighborhood, grab a friend, some sturdy trash bags, gloves and trash grabbing tools (if you have them), and leave the place better than you found it. Note: Please stay safe and use your best judgment when picking up sharp or potentially hazardous materials.

Send Some Joy
Let's get creative and make some fun greeting cards! Wondering what to write? Personalize it- let them know a little about yourself and why you are writing. Encourage them- send phrases of kindness and support. Include Scripture and prayer- copy a short Scripture verse or a short prayer in your card. It will be a blessing!
Once complete, contact Silver Link Chaplain Courtney Felzke (email@example.com) for further instructions.

Create Greeting Cards for Seniors
Bring a little joy to a senior's life with a greeting hand colored greeting cards from kids. Non-religious themes like “Happy Spring” and uplifting drawings are appropriate. The seniors appreciate if the child or parent writes the first name only & age of child, but this is not required.
Once your cards are finished, please email Anne Miller to coordinate delivery.

Food Baskets (great for small groups)
Occasionally families find themselves in tight financial situations. Your family or group can help by assembling basic baskets of staple food items to be distributed through our resource center. Then, bring them to Mission Adelante, and we'll distribute them through our resource center. It's a great, hands-on way to serve for all ages that meets real needs.
