September 29 - October 1, 2021
Whether you are clergy, church staff, or a lay leader in your church, plan to reserve 2-1/2 days in September for an infusion of practical ministry tools, proven strategies and inspiration to strengthen your church and your own leadership.
We are assessing the feasibility of safely hosting a smaller in person conference in addition to an all online offering. More details available in May 2021.
Each year Resurrection welcomes thousands of pastors and church leaders for conferences and learning experiences coordinated by our ShareChurch team. You can be part of this exciting ministry and our vision to strengthen the church. Each conference needs volunteers to serve on a variety of hospitality teams.
Links to sign up for specific conferences will be posted here approximately 6 weeks prior to each event.
If you are interested in receiving newsletters about upcoming serving opportunities, please fill out this online form. We will add you to our email list to receive information about volunteering for each conference.

For fun, Randy likes to read and play golf. But mostly, he LOVES to hang out with his kids and wife! He also loves to watch and follow sports of all kinds, particularly football, baseball, basketball, and golf. In his humble opinion, Q39 has the best brisket and burnt ends, while Joe's KC has the best ribs... and he cannot be talked out of that.

Jina's background is in Information Technology (IT), including website development and databases. When her husband received a job transfer from Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Kansas City four years ago she decided to start her own web design company to work with small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Her family started attending Church of the Resurrection in December 2016 after her son had been invited to RezLife by one of his friends from school earlier in the year. She went on her first mission trip to South Africa in October 2017 and it had such a profound effect on her to see God’s work in action! Now, as a church staff member, Jina has the opportunity to be part of the church's vision “to be used by God to change lives, strengthen churches, and transform the world” – what a blessing!
She loves to spend time with her family (husband Steve and son Aidan), watch movies, read books and try new things!

Our Partner Church Ministry works with churches throughout the country to strengthen the United Methodist Church so that together we can more effectively change lives and transform communities through the power of Jesus Christ.
We see this partnership model as the modern equivalent of the circuit rider system that was instrumental in the early growth of Methodism. In our model, each partner church is independent and maintains its charge through its own conference, but it has access to resources and training through Church of the Resurrection and the other partner churches that it would never have otherwise.
Together – in partnership with one another – we can strengthen and revitalize our denomination and other mainline churches. To explore whether being a Partner Church is right for your church, contact Randy Meyer.
