Resurrection is partnering with the American Red Cross to host a
shelter if needed in the event of a local disaster. We need trained volunteers who can assist in a time of crisis.
This Red Cross Shelter training event will introduce volunteers to the guidelines and procedures for setting up, running and closing a shelter during a disaster. We are looking for 100 people that are willing
to be trained, then serve in the shelter if needed.

- Hands on exercise in all phases of sheltering: opening, closing, feeding, and housing
