Your kids will love the experience of sleep-over camp accompanied by the familiarity of KiDSCOR. We are offering two camps sessions for elementary aged children again in 2019: July 1-4 for current 4th and 5th graders and a July 8-10 for current 2nd and 3rd graders.

Youthfront is a Christian camp that offers air-conditioned cabins, a lake, swimming pool, water-slide, paddle boats, ping-pong, pool tables, Foosball, a snack bar, and so much more. Campers will have structured activities, worship time, and plenty of free time to enjoy all that camp has to offer. Camp favorites every year are Night Strike and the shaving cream war.  Youthfront Camp West is located in Edgerton, Kansas (just 25 minutes south on I-35).  Watch the promo video below to get a better idea of all that camp has to offer.

Registration:  Be sure to choose camp session 6a and use the code coryfcamp when you register.  We are not reserving the entire camp for this session so be sure to list us as your church, otherwise you'll risk being put in other cabins.  A deposit of $50 is required at the time of registration and the balance is due prior to the start of camp.

CABIN PLACEMENT:   We are one of few who reserve space at Youthfront that make room assignments for camp.  Each cabin has four rooms that hold four children on bunk beds (total of 16 kids per cabin).  When you register you may list up to three friends your child would like to room with.  If the four children don’t list each other as requested bunk mates than you risk forcing us to determine how to place children into their room assignments.  So if at all possible get four kids together and everyone list each other please!  In order for all campers to have the best experience we will not put more than two rooms of friends together in a cabin.  If you need to make changes to your bunk mate requests you can do in the campwise system.  We will not start cabin placement until three or four weeks before camp so you have plenty of time to get it all figured out.

Want to go to camp for FREE?  It's easy and fun, just sign up to be a cabin leader!  You'll receive a free Youthfront Volunteer t-shirt, $10 to spend at the Snack Shoppe plus all the free soda you can drink!  We will need one adult volunteer for each cabin of children.  Youthfront provides one paid staff person for each cabin who will lead the kids through the activities.  KiDSCOR volunteers will serve alongside but are not expected to lead anything unless you want to.  Most duties include going in the canoes and paddle boats with campers (they require an adult to do those!!) hanging out and trying to get them to sleep at night.  Volunteers must be 18 years of age.  Youth are welcome!  There is some flexibility if you need to leave for an important meeting or take calls or work online (they do have wifi).  Please consider taking time to come to camp with us, email Gail  to volunteer.
