Join us for a wonderful day of music with two dynamic handbell clinicians. Your day will include mass ringing sessions, a mini-class, shopping, fellowship with bell ringers from across our region, and conclude with a 3:00 p.m. concert.

Church of the Resurrection is located in the southern Kansas City area, 10 minutes south of I-435 and State Line Road. A wide variety of exciting handbell pieces for multiple skill levels has been selected. There is something for everyone!

Final Concert

We have room for 3 choirs to perform one piece each during the concert. If you are bringing a full choir and would like to ring during the concert, indicate that on the registration form (either on-line or on the printed form) then e-mail Gwen the name of your piece and your choir's name for inclusion in the program. Titles are needed by January 15, 2017. We will take the first 3 groups that sign up. Fellow bell ringers make a great audience!

Payments

Follow the registration link above. The Mail-in Registration Form and Mini-Class Form do not need to be completed if you have registered on-line. Payment may be made by credit card or eCheck at the end of the on-line registration. If you prefer to mail your payment, checks should be mailed to:

Additional Registration Information

  • Registration is $45 per person. A $5 early-bird discount per person is available for registrations postmarked by December 15, 2016.
  • Final deadline to register is January 15, 2017.
  • Full choirs or individual ringers are welcome. If you are attending as part of a choir or group, submit one payment for the group.
  • If you are bringing multiple choirs, register them separately.
  • Each choir or ringer will need to provide their own equipment, including bells, chimes, foam, table covers, mallets, and music. Please be sure all of your equipment is labeled.
  • Orphan ringers should utilize our Facebook page to contact other orphan ringers to share equipment and assign your own ringing positions. Table space will be provided for you to form a single choir. Everyone is expected to help by bringing either bells, chimes, mallets, or foam to share. Each orphan ringer should have their own music and binder.
  • Registration will be limited in each level. Register early and take advantage of the early-bird discount!
  • All tables will be in a straight line for massed ringing. Table rental and lunch is included in your registration fee. The date of your payment will determine placement of your choir.
  • A chaperone must be present with each group of youth ringers. We suggest one chaperone for every six youth.
  • Early set up will be available on Friday afternoon or evening. Please contact Gwen to schedule a time.
  • Like us on Facebook for up-to-date info.
  • Contact Gwen at (913) 284-9641 or gwen.gepford@cor.org with any questions.
