High School Metamorphosis Retreat, Nov. 15-17

Join us at Youthfront West in Edgerton, KS for a weekend filled with outdoor games, campfires, hayrides, worship activities in large and small group settings, and time for students to grow deeper in their faith.

Here are the Metamorphosis Retreat details:

Cost: $115.00 covers lodging, meals, t-shirt, transportation to and from Youthfront, and devotional materials for the weekend.

Check in: NEW THIS YEAR! 6:30 pm, Friday night (11/15) at your Resurrection Church Campus, and then we will load buses to Youthfront Camp. A letter with check-in details will be sent two weeks prior to the event.

Pick up: NEW THIS YEAR! Parents can pick up their students at 10:15 am, Sunday morning (11/17) from the Resurrection Church Campus they departed from on Friday.

Accommodations: Youthfront West has cabins that consist of 4 rooms per cabin (each with 2 bunk beds) and then a separate room for 2 leaders. Each cabin has its own restrooms and showers. There are small lockers available to lock up personal items (you will need to provide the lock). You will be able to select 1 person to be in your same cabin in the registration form.

Packing List: Will be mailed to you with the check-in information around two weeks prior to the event.

Scholarships are available: Download and complete the form.  You can return the form by mail, drop it off at the rezlife office or give it directly to one of the rezlife staff members.

Please Note: October 15th is the last day to register in order to guarantee your t-shirt size!

Cabin Co-Leader Volunteers: We can't host this weekend without you! Please consider being a cabin co-leader at the Metamorphosis Retreat. You'll have so much fun with the many activities we have planned and help students grow in their faith.

Curriculum and training are provided. Just follow the registration link and register as an adult volunteer.

Paperwork: You must complete an online rezlife Medical Form at least 1 week prior to attending the retreat (if you have already filled out a rezlife medical form for one of our 2019 spring or summer events, you do not need to fill it out again).

• Scroll down and select the 2019 rezlife Medical Form in the Event Listings.
• When you select “Register Now-Individual Registration” you’ll be asked to provide your Learning Stream email address and password (used to register your student for the retreat).
• Select the appropriate student for the event.
• You will need to complete one form per student.
• If at any time, any of the information changes, please update the form so that the most current information is on file.
