2018 Summer Camp for Church of the Resurrection students and their friends

Update: Camp is FULL. We are only taking waitlist registrations for girls! Guy spots and waitlist are now FULL.

For students entering 6th grade, KiDSCOR has a transition camp and Youthfront may have openings in other weeks.  Each week at Youthfront camp has the same curriculum and fun activities that are offered our week.

June 18-23 (Session 3W) at Youthfront West (located just 25 minutes south on I-35 in Edgerton, KS)

Each summer, hundreds of rezlife students descend on camp for times of solitude, worship, and sports activities like — swimming, 4-wheeling, the Blob, high-ropes challenge course, paintball, theme nights, arts and crafts, sand volleyball, the Splash Park and plenty of free time to enjoy all that camp has to offer. Youthfront Camp is a life changing experience!

This session of camp is for students entering 6th, 7th or 8th grade in the fall of 2018 (if your student is entering 6th grade in the fall of 2018, they can choose this week long camp or a 3-day camp through KiDSCOR. The dates for the KiDSCOR camp are July 5-7. This camp session is for students entering 5th or 6th grade. Click here if you want the shorter camp experience with KiDSCOR.)

Cost: $450 (Receive $15 off for Church of the Resurrection members and friends). Enter our Group Hold ID (below) to receive the discount and be able to register during Session 3W. A deposit of $100 plus a $3 registration fee is required at the time of registration. Your deposit can be made by check or credit card.

Group Hold ID is: coryfcamp

**Don’t forget to select Session 3W and enter the Group Hold ID: coryfcamp

In addition, when you register before March 1, you’ll receive $15 of camp bucks! Camp bucks can be used towards the purchase of merchandise, snack shop goodies, ATV rides, or paintball. This money will be applied to the wristband they receive at check-in.

If your family created an account last year, you’ll log into that same account. All of your family information is saved in the system so you can review and make any necessary updates or changes.

We will need one volunteer for each cabin. Being a cabin leader is a great way to hang out with students and help them grow in their faith. Don’t worry it’s easy and fun! Youthfront provides one paid staff person for each cabin who will lead the kids through the activities. Volunteers must be 18 years of age. Also, there is some flexibility if you need to leave for an important meeting or take calls or work online (they do have wifi). Please consider taking time to come to camp with us. If you’re interested in more information contact Deborah Comstock at or 913-544-0251.

Cabin Placement

Each cabin has four rooms that hold four children on bunk beds (total of 16 kids per cabin). When you register, you may list up to three friends your child would like to room with. If the four students don’t list each other as requested bunkmates, than you risk cabin assignments being determined by rezlife. So if at all possible, get four kids together and everyone list each other as cabin mates, please! In order for all campers to have the best experience, we will not put more than two rooms of friends together in a cabin. If you need to make changes to your bunkmate requests you can do this in the new campwise system. We will not start cabin placement until three or four weeks before camp so you have plenty of time to get it all figured out.
