Church of the Resurrection's Hunger Stoppers Team continues to make deliveries and send funding to our partner pantries during this time. Donations from this drive will go to our local partners, Avenue of Life and Crosslines. We will also be collecting sanitizing products for use in classrooms at our Partner Schools. Please no glass containers or expired product.

Desirable donations include:

• Lunch meat
• Bread
• Cheese
• Cereal
• Shelf stable milk products
• Pasta & pasta sauce (no glass jars)
• Boxed meals (Hamburger Helper, mac 'n' cheese, etc)
• Pancake Mix (add water only) & Syrup
• Peanut butter & Jelly (no glass jars)
• Canned meat (tuna,chicken or Vienna sausages)
• Chunky soup/stews with pop-tops
• Canned Vegetables with pop tops (tomatoes, peas, mixed vegetables, carrots, potatoes)
• Canned Fruit with pop-tops
• Diapers (Especially sizes 5-6 and adult)
  

Partner School Donations (please bag separate from food):

• Hand sanitizer
• Sanitizing wipes
• Disinfecting spray

Please note we are asking you to participate only IF you are already going to the store, placing an online order or have items to share. We are not encouraging you to go out and make a special grocery store trip!

Donations can be dropped-off at Church of the Resurrection Leawood on Friday, June 12 from 9am-11:00am. To donate, drive up to the truck in the circle drive at Building A and a volunteer will take your donations out of your car.

To help protect our volunteers and donation recipients, please donate non-expired, un-opened food products and use proper hand-washing and sanitation techniques before you drop them off.
