Coming up on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, we invite you to join the Pet Ministry in The Parlor, Building A, at 6:30 pm to learn more about the Animal Justice League of America.

Animal Justice League of America is a national nonprofit organization committed to eliminating animal abuse through REAL accountability. As founder of the modern rescue movement, AJLA works with law enforcement, local government, veterinary professionals, shelters, pet owners, and more to give a voice to the voiceless and lead the way to animal abuse reform and change.

Join us to learn more about how Animal Justice League of America empowers advocates to make real change in our communities and partner with law enforcement officers and organizations to assist with investigations, build experience, and create prosecutable cases.

Our Presenter:  Meet the founder of Animal Justice League of America, Shane Rudman and Erin Garrison, Chief Operations Officer.  Shane Rudman, a successful entrepreneur and businessman living in the Kansas City area founded AJLA. At 29, Shane was named one of the top 10 entrepreneurs in North America under the age of 30 by The Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs. Shane has served on many boards of both successful for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Rose Brooks Center Rose Brooks Center is about saving lives.  They not only protect hundreds of adults, children and their pets who need emergency shelter to escape life-threatening abuse, but thousands of families in the community who need support and resources.  Rose Brooks offers shelter to pets also at Paws Place.  They provide food, vet care, and a Pet Advocate so that Paws Place is a warm and welcoming place for all animal residents.
