This class is for beginners and for fall prevention.
Multiple studies and research report that practicing Tai Chi reduces risk of falls. Tai Chi promotes good posture, balance, flexibility, mindfulness & circulation. The slow, smooth & intentional movements help reduce stress and blood pressure levels. The deep and calm Tai Chi breathing technique helps develop mental quietness. Some studies suggest that Tai Chi as medication in motion as well as meditation on motion.
Let’s find all about how Tai Chi is a whole-body-mind-spirit exercise system! The class is easy to follow in a friendly and happy atmosphere.
This gentle form of Tai Chi is endorsed by Arthritis Foundation of America, and is great for beginners and for people of all ages and with all levels of mobility.

This class teaches Yang Style Short Form.
Graceful in movement, slow and fluid in tempo, Tai Chi is a gentle exercise which encourages mental and physical relaxation, that helps reduce tension, stress, blood pressure levels.
This low-impact Neuro-motor exercise promotes brain/body coordination, Good posture, Balance, Flexibility, thus helps reduce the chance of a fall.
