The first official Mother’s Day celebration in the US was organized by Anna Jarvis at a Methodist Church in Grafton, West Virginia. Anna wanted to honor the sacrifices mothers made for their children. This weekend, we will carry on the Mother's Day tradition as Pastor Adam shares a message for moms and everyone who has ever had a mom. We will have a special gift for all women in worship, plus photo booths for family photos and cotton candy for the kids!
Check out what else is happening in the life of our church below.
The This Is Us series continues as we turn to "The Care and Nurture of Mothers." We'll take a look at some moms in the Bible and explore what makes a good mom. Come worship with us as we learn to create strong and beautiful families together.
If you missed last weekend's message, "Becoming Great Dads and Caring Kids," you can catch it here.
Enjoy fellowship and fun with moms who can relate to your daily joys and challenges.
