#LoveYourNeighbor

Oct. 17, 9-11 am

Through the month of October, we encourage each person in our community to focus on love and kindness. We encourage you to #LoveYourNeighbor as a part of our 30th anniversary celebration, but the real impact is in the tangible ways we join together to show love to our neighbors.

One way we do that is to flood our community with random acts of kindness as an expression of our faith.

No Fear: Confronting Fear and Anxiety

Wednesdays, Nov. 4–18, 6:30 pm

Uncertainty is all around us. The pandemic, a global recession, and the strain of national elections make us feel a paralyzing sense of fear and anxiety. But in the midst of our uncertainties, God is sitting with us, calling us onward, to live with courage and hope.

As we lean into this call, we have to engage both our minds and our hearts, resting in both hope and lament. For this class, we are being led by a psychiatrist and a psalmist – Dr. Kelly Bisel and pastor/songwriter Matt Bisel – to help us confront our fear and anxiety with practical lessons that unite science and faith.
