This Kansas City road race is nationally recognized by Runner’s World magazine and the money raised supports Children’s Mercy. The 5K, 10K, and ½-Marathon begin at 7 a.m. on Grand Boulevard so they travel right by our church. They are in need of course monitors to simply help with the traffic needs near our building during the races, approximately 6:30 am – 9 am.
