What a weekend! It was an awesome kick-off to the new sermon series, and we celebrated two baptisms along the way as well! Thanks to several of you responding to the call for help, we were able to open a new classroom in KidsCOR for 3rd-5th graders. They had a blast and parents are loving the chance to see what their kids are learning as well. Your help in the next few weeks before school is out will allow us to keep that room open!

We absolutely loved welcoming new members to Resurrection Downtown on Sunday afternoon and even more joined online on Thursday evening! Our new members are: Gary, Teri, and Blake Beashore, Mike Brouwer and Debra Brouwer, Maria Cobb, Zachary Denton, Carolyn, Brittany, and Crew Fischer and Callie, Bennett, and Madelyn Pollmeier, Esther Harper, Bob Hickam, Nancy Hudson, Cheryl Jernigan, Ryan Kaighen, Tony, Gwen Quandt, and Lauren Kenney, Shere-Ling Kraus-Yao, Sally Lara, Barbara and Virgil Larson.

Look at all these faithful faces! We celebrate the mighty way God is at work bringing new brothers and sisters into our church family as we continue serving our community, following Jesus, and inviting our friends!

Let's continue that adventure of knowing, loving, and serving God together ...
