 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with room/event set-ups.

Leawood: Producer/Systems Engineer – Building C (40 Hours, Exempt; Benefits Eligible)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide technical production support for the Leawood campus – Building C, primarily supporting production for Student Ministries’ large group gatherings and worship.
• Plan and execute all technical production components including, but not limited to, audio, lighting, graphics, video, and staging.
• Advanced troubleshooting for all video and lighting systems in Building C to ensure minimal disruption from technical failures during live events.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and empower all production volunteers for weekly and weekend events.
• Evening and weekend hours required.
 
Main Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience in technical production including Video/Audio/Lighting/Graphics/Staging.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain technical systems.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mac and PC platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Pro Presenter, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience working with students, age 12 to 18, preferred.

Leawood: Crossroads Program Director (25 Hours, Exempt)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Crossroads Team to create week day service and learning programing that attracts 50+ members and visitors.
  • Creating life and faith-based programming supporting the life changes related to retirement.
  • Creating the branding and developing the communication plan for the Crossroads Ministry so that appeals to and informs our 50+ audience.
  • Co-directing outreach initiatives to engage 50+ community groups that aren’t currently involved in church participation or activities.
  • Serving with other Crossroads staff as volunteer coordinators who identify, recruit, train, and recognize the volunteer personnel within the program.

Leawood: Matthew’s Ministry Sonflower Adult Learning Program - Special Needs Teaching Assistant (25 Hours; Nonexempt)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on care and support for adult participants with special needs.
  • Partner with SALP Coordinator, and Team Leads to encourage each learner’s engagement in program activities to their full potential.
  • Assists in a variety of SALP programs including devotion, bakery, art, music, community service, and enrichment activities.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage contribution statement mailings, including but not limited to, ordering supplies, printing and folding paper statements, volunteer management, and statement mailing.

Leawood: Bookstore Shipper/Receiver (15 Hours; Nonexempt)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fulfillment of phone and internet orders for shipping.
  • Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, of shipments which arrive for The Well promptly and accurately.
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods.
  • Routes incoming shipments to the church to the appropriate recipient

Leawood Kitchen Associate (15 Hours; Nonexempt)

Primary Responsibilities:

  •  Assist in daily food service operations; receiving, storing, and preparing food products sold in The Spring Café and for catered events. This may include purchasing, physically picking up, and delivering inventory items from local wholesale clubs and other vendors
  • Prepare and ensure all internal catering orders are acknowledged, prepared, and delivered to the church’s ministries with excellent quality and on a timely basis
  • Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.

  • Lead Organist for Traditional Worship services, currently at 7:30am and 11:00am on Sunday.

Main qualifications:

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Directly coordinate the detailed planning, preparation, and execution of weekend worship at Resurrection West.
  • Coordinate all logistics regarding creation and playback of all video & graphic elements, sermon DVD & delivery, theatrical lighting design, stage & set design, as well as any other visual and aesthetic elements used in weekend worship and student worship.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and empower all technical production volunteers for weekly & weekend events.

Main qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience video and graphic design.
  • Ability to assist with moderate to high levels of physical activities such as moving large equipment more than 200 lbs.
  • Ability to work comfortably on catwalks or lifts at heights of 30-45 ft.
  • Detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Work with the Campus Pastor and team in the design, preparation and execution for all services.

  • Advanced working knowledge of digital audio consoles, and RF signal management.
  • Understanding of digital and analog video systems and experience running video cameras.
