Parents and Rezlife Volunteers

Opportunities for adults to get involved and stay connected with students.

We at rezlife Student Ministries believe that students best grow in faith when parents and the church work together to walk beside students on their journey of faith. Discipleship and growth happens not only in the church but also in the home.

There are several primary ways we as the staff of rezlife Student Ministries strive to partner together with parents:

Weekly Email Communication

Rezlife sends out a weekly email on Tuesdays to parents and families with up to date information on ministry programs and events. The rezlife email, along with regularly checking out the rezlife website, are the best ways to stay connected with the upcoming opportunities.  The email will also occasionally include resources or links for parents and families. Subscribe to the weekly email here.

Parenting Articles

Parenting a teenager can be both rewarding and challenging! We are always on the lookout for articles with information that will help you on this journey. Check out the article(s) below and check back from time to time for more!

Special Events

Every other year, rezlife hosts a one-night “Purity” conference centering on healthy and appropriate dating relationships and boundaries with speakers and sessions geared toward both 6th-12th grade students and their parents. Other offerings are also made available. Rezlife will be hosting a Purity Conference in April of 2018. Check back for more details in January.

Parent-Youth Minister Calls/Meetings

Each of the rezlife youth ministers are more than happy to set up meetings with parents/families or phone calls to individually discuss any specific parent needs, concerns, or finding the best place to get a student connected. Please directly connect with any of the rezlife staff on the main rezlife Student Ministries page or call our office at (913) 544-0262.

Safe Gatherings
