- Point of contact for the office of the Executive Director of Mission and Outreach.
- Provide administrative support to the Guest Connections and Mission teams, including room reservations, database management, website updates, budget reports, credit card reconciliations, and assistance with event planning.
- Maintain team calendar and schedule featured bulletin announcements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to coordinate events and projects with attention to detail.
- Self-starter, highly-motivated, flexible, and efficient.
- Proficient computer skills, especially with Excel, Outlook, and Word. Database maintenance and reporting experience. Aptitude working with web content management software.
