Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the church’s primary scheduling tool – Service U.
  • Coordinates with the Facilities team regarding room usage and maintenance needs.
  • Manages the reception function for the Leawood campus.
  • Manages vendor relationships; assists with office equipment, security and keys for new campus buildings; coordinates with other ministries on large conference/events.

Main qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or a related field with 3 to 5 years of administrative experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Leawood: Guest Connections Coordinating Assistant - Weekend Worship (25 Hours, Non-exempt)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as second staff person on site for Sunday morning worship.
  • Recruit, train, and provide support to volunteers assisting with data entry and visitor follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to Guest Connections Program Directors including communications and preparations for weekly programming and weekend worship.
  • Serve as a resource and a liaison between staff, volunteers, and the congregation in matters related to welcoming and connecting people into the church.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support for the Director of Student Ministries, Program Director of Care/Development, and Confirmation Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities:

In coordination with the Director of Youth and Vibe Worship, responsible for recruiting, developing, maintaining, rehearsing, designing set lists for musical worship and mentoring students in high energy, contemporary settings.

West: Student Ministries Worship Leader (20-25 Hours, Exempt)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead worship with the student ministry band on Wednesday nights and assist the Director of Student Ministries with programming. This can include youth group, Sunday School, student ministry events and trips, summer camp, and occasional weekend activities.
  • Assist the Director of Worship Arts in preparing, rehearsing, and leading worship each Sunday as well as for special events and programming.
  • Build healthy one-on-one relationships with students, providing care and living as a Christ-like role model.

Main qualifications:

  • Mastery of at least one instrument with the ability to lead worship.
  • Ability to communicate/relate to students and their families.
  • Musical aptitude to lead others in worship through song and praise. Able to design music ministries particularly for students and adults.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide technical production support for the Leawood campus – Building C, primarily supporting production for Student Ministries’ large group gatherings and worship.
  • Plan and execute all technical production components including, but not limited to, audio, lighting, graphics, video, and staging.
  • Advanced troubleshooting for all video and lighting systems in Building C to ensure minimal disruption from technical failures during live events.
